RCR 20-005 Driver John Wagner is fined $100 for failing to keep both feet in the stirrups while driving "STONEBRIIDGE PEARL" in the 6th race at RCR on 3.4.2020.
COMAR:09.10.02.33 H(6) All fines are due within 10 days.

RCR 20-006 Driver Jonathan Roberts is fined $100 for failing to keep both feet in the stirrups while driving "UNCLE COZ" in the 9th race on 3/8/2020 RCR.

RCR 20-007 Trainer Janet Davis is fined $100 for being late to Lasix with "IDEAL DELIGHT" who was scratched from the 7th race at RCR 3/11/2020.

RCR 20-009 Trainer Kenneth Schlotzhauer is fined $100 and his mare "CARIBBEAN SAM-NIN" was scratched from the 14th race on March 18,2020 at RCR for being late for Lasix.
