2. Rules of the Race – Recently, a Circuit Court Judge in Howard County Ordered the Racing Commission to have its Safety and Welfare Advisory Committee review COMAR 09.10.01.50A(1)(b), which states the following:
   “A. During the running of a race:
   (1) Unless caused wholly or partly by some other horse, a horse may not:
      (b) Cross or weave in front of another horse without sufficient clearance;”
3. Medroxyprogesterone.
