RCR 19-045 Driver Mark Gray is fined $150 (3rd Offense) for failing to bring I AM DELIGHTFUL up into position at the start of the 3rd race on 12/4/2019 at Rosecroft Raceway.

RCR 19-046 Driver Tyler Davis is fined $50 for failing to bring RAVE GIRL up into position at the start of the 7th race on 12/4/2019 at Rosecroft Raceway.

RCR 19-047 Brian Callahan being “trainer of record” on blood sample #14298 taken on 11/18/2019 from the gelding “JET AVIATION” was found to contain a Total Carbon Dioxide (TCO2) concentration of 41.1+/- 0.6 mmol/L. Mr. Callahan is fined $1000 and suspended from training for 30 days. (1/2/2020 – 1/31/2020). During this suspension, he and all horses trained by him are barred from the grounds, under the jurisdiction of the Maryland Racing Commission. Any transfer of horses during this suspension must be approved by the Judges at Rosecroft Raceway or MRC. “JET AVIATION” is barred from racing for 30 days before being eligible to race.
