#20-099 Trainer Timothy Woolley is fined Two Hundred and Fifty dollars ($250.) for not presenting a scratch in a timely manner for his horses “Mr. D’Angelo” and “Seville Barber”, entered to run in the fifth race at Laurel Park on August 6, 2020.

#20-100 In the eighth race, at Laurel Park on August 1, 2020, horse #3“Hanalei’s Houdini”, ridden by
Jockey Xavier Perez was disqualified from first position and placed second. Inside the 1/8th
pole #3 “Hanalei’s Houdini”, came out a couple of paths before being corrected but then
came out again herding #7 “Tattooed” ridden by Kevin Gomez, impeding his best chance to
finish.
[Violation under COMAR 09.10.01.50, A (1) a & e, which states in pertinent parts: “A horse may not: (a) Carry a horse in or out: (e) Impede another horse.]

#20-101 Trainer Brittany Russell is fined Two Hundred and Fifty dollars ($250.) for submitting an unwarranted scratch on her horse “Raging Blaze”, entered to run in the first race at Laurel Park on August 7, 2020.

#20-102 Trainer, Ann Merryman, fined two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) for failure to report
the proper gender of her entry “Confectioner” that ran on August 15, 2020.
August 28, 2020 - Laurel Park
#20-103 Trainer, Michael J. Trombetta, is fined One Hundred dollars ($100.) for, failure to follow licensing procedures, by not obtaining an owners license for Marie Maelfait, owner of “Allezcome”, who was allowed to run, at Laurel Park, on November 5, 2019.
Mr. Trombetta accepted responsibility of this licensing procedure by signing the affidavit
permitting this entry to race.
