File a Complaint
Please send your completed Mechanical Unit Complaint Form to the address listed below. Please include copies of contracts, invoices, emails etc. You will receive an acknowledgement when the complaint is received. Once the complaint is assigned to an investigator they will contact you directly.

For complaints involving plumbing work in Baltimore County, you will need to contact the Baltimore County Plumbing Board. For complaints involving plumbing work in Montgomery or Prince George County, you will need to contact the Washington Suburbam Sanitary Commission (WSSC). The Maryland Boad of Plumbing does not have jurisdiction to investigate complaints in these two jurisdictions.
